History

Incorporated on July 17, 1959, the Town of Palm Shores is a close-knit community of more than 950 residents and 75 businesses.

The Town of Palm Shores is located in the area known as the Space Coast, in east central Brevard County along a portion of historic US-1 that is designated as the Indian River Lagoon Scenic Highway.

Centrally situated we are bordered to the east by the Indian River Lagoon, just a few miles north of Melbourne, due south of Rockledge and Cocoa and less than 5 minutes from the Banana River, Patrick AFB and the Atlantic Ocean and its’ famous beaches.
